Venkata Patnala has developed a passion for helping people who suffer from all manner musculoskeletal injuries or conditions, with a special interest in neck, shoulders, hands, back, and knees, as well as treating Concussion.
Venkata believes that finding the root of the problem is the key to relieving the symptoms experienced by his patients, rather than simply masking the symptoms with medications, or providing treatment with only short-term benefits. This approach requires understanding his patients individually and applying an appropriate treatment intervention after a thorough assessment process. Using this individualized approach, Venkata can achieve results leading to significant improvement in symptoms for most musculoskeletal injuries.
With the skills acquired throughout this period, Venkata has helped countless clients and patients with their goals of living a pain-free, active, and full life. He guarantees that his patients will receive the highest quality and highest evidenced level of care, now and into the future.
With the experience of over 16 years, Venkata has received advanced training in manual therapy and he is a certified Mckenzie Therapist (CertMDT). He completed his Master of physiotherapy in Orthopedics in India in 2009 and he is a certified Manual therapist from the Institute of therapeutic sciences, Michigan (USA), certified GUNN IMS ( Dry needling) from UBC, Canada, Certified Schroth Scoliosis Therapist(BSPTS), and also he has taken courses on Concussion, Vestibular rehabilitation, Acupuncture Certification ( McMaster University), TMJ certification, Advanced shoulder specialty, Mulligan Concept, Advanced manual therapy courses Level 2 and K taping certification

Bhawna is an internationally trained physiotherapist with 16 years of experience in Musculoskeletal Disorders. She has taken up several continuing education courses to keep herself updated to the recent trend in treatments. She believes in incorporating evidence-based research in her practice and thoroughly assesses the client to find out the real cause of problem to optimize the therapy outcomes. She is experienced in treating a variety of patients with spinal dysfunctions, shoulder impairments, arthritic conditions, ligament injuries, post-surgical limitations.
Fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi, Bhawna’s approach is customized to each patient’s needs. She is committed to providing quality, individualized care to assist patients in achieving their goals and returning to their everyday activities. Her treatment style consists of hands-on therapy by intervening with what the patient is unable to do by themselves and educating the patient in self-care including exercise, self-corrective techniques, posture and body mechanics and education to support patients on their road to recovery.
Bhawna graduated in 2005, Bachelors in Physiotherapy and has Master in Physiotherapy – Orthopaedics (2007), from CCS University Meerut. She has an MBA in Health Care Services (2009) from Sikkim Manipal University and is additionally licensed as PT in Michigan, US. Bhawna has extensively worked in a variety of clinical setups including an orthopaedics outpatient setting, Multispeciality Hospitals, and paediatric rehabilitation centre.
Bhawna lives with her husband and son. In her free time, she likes to travel with her family. She loves to explore new cultures and cuisines.

Dr. Varela is a board certified Chiropractor and Manual Osteopathic practitioner, specializing in neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Varela graduated from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois with Bachelor of Science (Honours) degrees in Human Biology, as well as a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Varela earned his Bachelor of Science Kinesiology (Honours) degree from York University. He received his acupuncture certificate from the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program at McMaster University. Dr. Varela also graduated with top honours from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario.
Dr. Varela has many years of clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints ranging from sports injuries and rehabilitation to geriatric injuries. His treatment focus is hands-on care including; chiropractic manipulation and osteopathic mobilization of the spine and/or extremities, spinal decompression, soft tissue release/therapy, acupuncture, custom orthotics, nasal release technique and necessary electro-modalities. Dr. Varela is committed to personally connecting with the patient as a whole person and developing a personalized treatment plan to address each patient’s unique needs.
Hurong Yu, R.Ac

Hurong (Helen) is a passionate and reliable person. Because of her Western medicine background, she can better understand the client’s situation and follow the principle of Chinese medicine to deal with the overall balance of the human body better.
Helen Got her bachelor’s degree in medicine at Shanghai Medical University, Shanghai, China in 1995. Shanghai Medical University is one of the top Western Medicine schools in China. She got her Ph.D. degree at Fudan University, Shanghai, China in 2012. After she moved to Canada, she studied TCM acupuncture at the Georgian College and is now a Registered acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturist of Ontario (CTCMPAO). To gain unique experience in treating patients, since the year 2018, she becomes an apprentice of Dr. LU, Lihuan, who is a famous inheritor of “Lu’s Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy”, which is national’s and Shanghai’s intangible cultural heritage. She continues to keep further academic learning and practicing.
Helen’s areas of interest are gastrointestinal disorder, women’s conditions such as PMS, infertility, menopause, menstrual cramps, and weight control; eye disorders such as dry eye, myopia, macular degeneration; mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, stress, and insomnia; other conditions treated include any kinds of pain conditions.
During her treatments she is not only limited to acupuncture, she adopts multiple modalities including cupping, tui-na massage, acupressure, and gua sha according to the situation of patients. Her main goal is to use the TCM principle to help the clients to live in a healthy and happy manner.

Ahmad Mansour holds a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy from Beirut Arab University, Lebanon, and recently graduated from Mohawk College's Diploma in Health Wellness and Fitness program, Canada. Ahmad is also a Certified Personal Trainer holding certifications from both IFBB (International Federation of Body Building) and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).
Ahmad has a wide range of experience in the healthcare and fitness field, specializing in musculoskeletal and sports injuries varying between sprains, strains, dislocations, fractures, traumas, bruises, and cramps. His 6 - year extensive experience in the industry allows him to develop a passion to help individuals recover from their injuries. Ahmad believes a thorough assessment needs to be conducted to determine the root cause of the problem, and then develop an individualized treatment plan to alleviate pain and improve function. This may include techniques such as manual therapy, cupping therapy, dry needling, McKenzie technique, exercise therapy, and the use of modalities such as electrotherapy, heat/ice, and shockwaves. Ahmad believes that his modern knowledge and skills in treating individuals will help regain their function and prevent future injuries or recurrence of the condition.

Kinley is passionate about empowering his patients and patient centered care. He takes the time to explain, discuss and ensure his patient is involved in every step of their care plan. Kinley completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Rajiv Ghandi University of Health Sciences, India, and his Master of Science in Rehabilitation at McMaster University, where he received a Program Excellence Award.
Before moving to Canada, he has worked as physiotherapist in Bhutan for more than seven years in multidisciplinary settings such as outpatient clinic, hospitals, sports organisations, and rehabilitation settings. His practice is guided by Evidence Based Practice, and he believes in continuous learning and education. Outside of the clinic, Kinley loves listening to podcasts and playing traditional Bhutanese archery.
Faiza completed her bachelor's in physiotherapy from MGR University Chennai Tamil Nadu, India in 2010. and has gained 7 years of experience in all fields like orthopedics, Neurology, Cardio-Respiratory, Pediatrics and sports injuries. Afterward has worked in Dubai UAE, till 2017. In November 2022, Faiza became a resident Physiotherapist in Canada.
Faiza uses a holistic approach when treating patients. She uses various advanced techniques such as joint mobilization with movements, manual therapy, soft tissue release, designing patient-specific exercise programs and pain relief modalities. She treats a wide range of conditions and patients from all age groups. She has extensive experience working with post-injury, post-operative rehabilitation, women's health and pediatric cases. Faiza enjoys an active lifestyle, reading and travelling.
